Subscription removal permission
Included with paid Agent and Max protection. Trial subscriptions activate removal work when paid protection begins.
By subscribing to Agent or Max, I authorize Agent Garrett to build my encrypted removal profile from my account and checkout details, request deletion and sale/sharing opt-out from registered data brokers even when no public listing is found, and search for my listings using my name and city. Requests may include my name, contact email, phone and address only to locate my records and process my privacy request. Garrett sends from its own privacy-request addresses, tracks replies and follows up automatically. It asks brokers to suppress future sale or sharing and not affect namesakes. Public listings require strong identity matching. Identity checks, challenges and unsupported routes require my attention. I can edit my details, pause removals or revoke permission in my dashboard. Requests sent and broker statements do not establish independently verified removal.
Please use your own full personal name and home address at checkout. Missing information is never invented. Date of birth and identity documents are not collected for automatic subscription setup. A broker can require you to verify your identity or permission directly.
Subscription permission is recorded from your completed checkout. It is not represented as a separate typed signature. Requests made using this permission follow the broker’s privacy policy.
