SEE THE WORK BEHIND THE PROMISE

A paper trail.
Not just a promise.

Know the difference between a request sent, a broker’s reply and an observed change.

01

Requests you can inspect.

See the broker, the request and its available receipts. Know what was prepared, what was submitted and what still needs attention.

02

Progress you can follow.

Broker responses, missing details and verification steps stay with the case, so you can see what happened and what comes next.

03

Checks you can understand.

Listing re-checks record what was observed. A broker’s claim or one absent listing does not become a promise that every copy is gone.

LESS LEGWORK FOR YOU

You give permission.
Garrett keeps things moving.

From your first request to the next coverage cycle, keep the work in one place.

  1. 1

    Start with your details.

Review your personal profile and the scope you authorize. Garrett uses the approved details to prepare broker requests.

  2. 2

    Put eligible requests in motion.

Supported deletion and opt-out requests are submitted on your behalf. Uncertain matches, challenges and identity checks come back to you.

  3. 3

    Track replies and keep watch.

Follow responses and listing re-checks. Recurring monthly coverage cycles and eligible reminders keep the next step from getting lost.

How to remove personal information
from the internet.

Want to remove your name, address, phone number or email online? Start with where the information appears. Different places need different requests.

  1. Find the original page.Search your name and city. Open the result and note which website actually holds the information.
  2. Save the exact link.Keep the page URL, what needs removing and the date in a private note. Avoid reposting the personal details.
  3. Choose the right route below.Ask the source website to remove the data, then address any search result that still exposes it.
01 / DATA BROKERS & PEOPLE-SEARCH SITESRemove my information from data broker sites

If a people-search site lists your address, phone number or relatives, find its official privacy or opt-out page. Follow its request process, save the confirmation and re-check the listing later.

Use the website’s current instructions. A broker may need direct verification. Garrett’s automated work depends on the supported route and your authorization.

02 / GOOGLE SEARCHRemove my address or phone number from Google

Google’s “Results about you” can help you find search results containing personal contact details and request eligible removals. Availability and approval depend on Google’s requirements.

Removing a search result does not delete the original website’s copy. Address the source page as well.

03 / OLD ACCOUNTS & PUBLIC PROFILESRemove personal details I published myself

Open the account’s official settings. Remove public contact details, make your profile private or use the account deletion process. Save anything you want to keep before deleting an account.

If someone copied your profile or published your details, preserve the original links and use that platform’s reporting route. Garrett can help organize your impersonation or harassment evidence and reporting drafts.

04 / OUTDATED SEARCH RESULTSThe website changed, but Google still shows my information

If the original page no longer contains the information, Google’s Refresh Outdated Content tool can ask Google to update the result. If the information is still on the source page, start with the website or the applicable personal-information removal process.

PERSONAL DATA REMOVAL QUESTIONS

A few things worth knowing.

Can I remove my personal information from the internet for free?

You can submit requests yourself using a broker’s official opt-out process, change or delete accounts you control, and use Google’s eligible search-result removal tools. The free removal checklist helps you choose the route. A paid data removal service saves some of the legwork and helps track follow-up; it cannot guarantee every website will comply.

Can Garrett actually send requests to data brokers?

Yes. With paid protection, current authorization and complete personal details, Garrett can send eligible deletion and opt-out requests through supported broker routes, track replies and re-check listings. Some recipients need direct verification, a challenge or their own process. Those steps are shown for you to complete. Brokers control their responses.

What does a data removal service actually do?

A data removal service helps prepare and send deletion or opt-out requests to supported recipients, track responses and follow up. Garrett combines that work with exposure monitoring, private scam and impersonation cases, website monitoring, DNS setup and AI help. Requests follow your authorization, available routes and plan allowances. A sent request is not proof that the data was removed.

Can you remove every copy of my data from the internet?

No service can promise that every copy will disappear. A sent request, a broker’s statement and a listing observed absent are different outcomes. Garrett records those distinctions and keeps eligible follow-up moving. Recipient requirements and applicable privacy processes affect what can be done.

Is CAD $4.99 the monthly price or an annual-plan equivalent?

Agent is CAD $4.99 billed each month. Twelve monthly payments total CAD $59.88. You do not prepay for a year. Paid protection begins after payment, and you can cancel future renewals in Billing. Review the final amount at checkout; taxes may apply.

What else do I get with Agent?

Enabled-source exposure monitoring, private suspicious-message and harassment or impersonation cases, up to three monitored public websites, AI chat and saved evidence, supported DNS filtering setup, important service emails, an optional weekly summary, and MCP/API access. Agent includes 1,000 shared monthly credits for AI and workspace processing. Feature allowances, source availability and permissions apply.

What does the countdown mean?

It counts down to the start of Black Friday: November 27, 2026 at midnight in Toronto (Eastern time). It uses the same fixed date for every visitor and does not restart when you refresh. CAD $4.99/month is the current Agent price; the timer does not mean that price expires on that date.

Do I need to leave my computer on?

No. Enabled cloud checks and eligible broker work continue on their schedules with the app closed. You may still need to complete a broker’s identity check, clarify your details or review a handoff. Supported local connections have their own requirements.

What happens to the information I provide?

Your profile is stored encrypted. Requests use the details covered by your authorization, and the recipient receives what is needed for its privacy process. Some searches share approved name and location details with a search provider. Review the scope, pause automatic work or revoke permission in your dashboard. Read the privacy policy and broker authorization.

How do I cancel or get help?

Manage future renewals in Billing. You can also pause automatic broker work or revoke your authorization in your dashboard. For help, contact info@garrettstimpson.ca.
